The Monster in our yard

We hardly moved our stuff out before this monster turned up in our front yard!

Austral Civil gave us the best price so we chose them and so far we're very happy. It will take a few days to remove the fibro and then this machine will finish up.

A few hours later our house is already looking a wee bit drafty. No changing our mind on this house!

For anyone looking at demolishing there are a few additional costs that aren't included on the quotes. Disconnecting gas takes a few weeks to organise and will set you back around $900 Disconnecting the electricity costs around $250. Fences and portaloos also are not included. Apparently some builders will drop these by early but Provincial Homes isn't one of them...
