Meeting our Site Supervisor

This week was a really big one for us as we also met with our Site Supervisor for the first time.
He went over some details with us and showed us through the house. We finally have some photos of the inside! Kitchen is booked in.

On the down side looks like Internals will take 3 months as Greg is now estimating handover in July /cry

Scaffolding is down YAY

Scaffolding was taken down just in time for Easter and our feature pillar rendered.
The bricks have also been cleaned on the top floor and the Latte Urban-One now contrasts nicely with the Pepper. Whew. Huge sigh of relief!

Roof On!

Our roof is on and looks great!
We went with Boral Contour Roof Tiles in Quartz. Gutters in Birch to match & the Fascia is Off White.

Bricking completed on April Fools!

Bricks were completed yesterday! Here are a couple of photos taken as the boys were just finishing up. The word is that the roof will be on next week and then we will have a much needed site clean /dance

Hard to believe that it has already been 6 months and 23 days since we obtained our Building Certificate!

A note about brick colour variation: I have a feeling that some of the darker brick colour was used on the left hand pillar but this will be rendered so it's ok Just hoping it hasn't been used elsewhere ...

Feature Brick on Right Pillar - Urban One - Pepper (If we realised our batch was going to be so similar to the Latte we wouldn't have bothered)
