Our roof is on and looks great!
We went with Boral Contour Roof Tiles in Quartz. Gutters in Birch to match & the Fascia is Off White.

14/3 - Building Contract Signed

30/4 - In Council

20/6 - Council Approval

8/8 - Demolish (site clear)

9/9 - Construction Certificate

11/10 - Construction Starts

2014

31/1 - Slab poured

18/2 - Frame started

03/3 - Frame Complete

10/3 - Bricking Started

01/4 - Bricks complete

09/4 - Roof On YAY

10/5 - Gyprock Completed

21/5 - All Locked up

29/5 - Kitchen In & Site Cleaned

01/7 - Tiling Completed

18/8 - Final walk through

8/9 - Provincial Gives Paperwork to Certifier

9/9 - 12 MONTHS SINCE CONSTRUCTION CERTIFICATE

11/9 - Interim Occupation Certificate

12/9 - Keys Collected

18/9 - Kitchen Appliances Installed

20/9 - WE'RE HOME :-)
